Eligibility Criteria for Engineering and Technology Programs

Bachelor Of Technology (B.Tech) (Computer Science and Engineering / Computer Science and Engineering (AIML/CYS/DS/IOT) / Computer Science and Information Technology)

  • Candidate shall have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with at least 60% marks (55% in case of candidate belongs to SC / ST / OBC category) and must have obtained at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of candidate belongs to SC / ST / OBC category) in Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the following subjects: Chemistry / Computer Science / Electronics / Information Technology / Biology / Informatics Practices / Biotechnology / Technical Vocational subject / Engineering Graphics / Business Studies / Entrepreneurship.

Bachelor Of Technology (B.Tech) (Electrical and Electronics Engineering / Electronics and Communication Engineering)

  • Candidate shall have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with at least 60% marks (55% in case of candidate belongs to SC / ST / OBC category) and must have obtained at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of candidate belongs to SC / ST / OBC category) in Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the following subjects: Chemistry / Computer Science / Electronics / Information Technology / Biology / Informatics Practices / Biotechnology / Technical Vocational subject / Engineering Graphics / Business Studies / Entrepreneurship.

Bachelor Of Technology (B.Tech) (Civil Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering)

  • Candidate shall have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with at least 60% marks (55% in case of candidate belongs to SC / ST / OBC category) and must have obtained at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of candidate belongs to SC / ST / OBC category) in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

Bachelor Of Technology (B.Tech. - LE)

  • Passed Minimum Three years / Two years (Lateral Entry) Diploma examination with at least 60% marks (50% marks in case of candidates belongs to SC/ST/OBC category), from State Council of Technical Education and Vocational Training (SCTE&VT), Odisha or equivalent.

Master Of Technology (M.tech)

M.Tech. in Civil Engineering (Specialization: Structural Engineering)

  • Passed B.Tech. or equivalent in the relevant field. Obtained at least 60% marks (50% in case of candidate belongs to reserved category) in the qualifying Examination and 50% marks (45% marks in case of candidate belongs to SC / ST / OBC category) at 10+2 or equivalent examination.

M.Tech. in Computer Science Engineering

  • Passed B.Tech. or equivalent in the relevant field. Obtained at least 60% marks (50% in case of candidate belongs to reserved category) in the qualifying Examination or M.Sc. in Computer Science / IT and 50% marks (45% marks in case of candidate belongs to SC / ST / OBC category) at 10+2 or equivalent examination.

M.Tech in Electrical Engineering (Specialization: Electrical Vehicle Technology)

  • Passed B.Tech. or equivalent in the relevant field. Obtained at least 60% marks (50% in case of candidate belongs to reserved category) in the qualifying Examination and 50% marks (45% marks in case of candidate belongs to SC / ST / OBC category) at 10+2 or equivalent examination.

M.Tech. in Electronics and Communication (Specialization: Embedded System & VLSI)

  • Passed B.Tech. or equivalent in the relevant field. Obtained at least 60% marks (50% in case of candidate belongs to reserved category) in the qualifying Examination or passed M.Sc. (Electronics) and 50% marks (45% marks in case of candidate belongs to SC / ST / OBC category) at 10+2 or equivalent examination.

M.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering (Specialization: Machine Design & Robotics)

  • Passed B.Tech. or equivalent in the relevant field. Obtained at least 60% marks (50% in case of candidate belongs to reserved category) in the qualifying Examination and 50% marks (45% marks in case of candidate belongs to SC / ST / OBC category) at 10+2 or equivalent examination.

Bachelor Of Computer Applications (BCA)

  • Passed 10+2 or equivalent in any stream with at least 60% marks (50% in case of SC / ST / OBC category).

Master of Computer Applications (MCA)

  • Passed any graduation degree (e.g.: B.E. / B.Tech./ B.Sc / BCA or equivalent) with Mathematics at (10+2) level or at Graduation level with an overall aggregate of 60% marks (50% marks in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC category) in both graduation and at (10+2) level.
